It’s a ride along the wave of your Inner Power, like surfing on your own life energy – the Qi. It combines the best elements of fitness, meditation and the ancient martial art of Taiji (Tai Chi).
Mondays at 10:00 am – Taiqifit Flow
Experience the flow where you’ll find yourself moving your body with the grace and confidence of the ancient Taiji masters. Accompanied by inspiring and motivating music, you’ll be led through six chains of traditional Taijiquan and Qigong movements – all you have to do is follow. There’s no routine or choreography to memorize or “get right.” Just flow.
Thursdays at 10:00 am – Taiqifit Strength
This class combines the experience of Taiji flow with the power of a warrior.
The weighted Chi balls are an integral part of this class, helping to build strength, improving joint mobility and adding a unique element to the experience.
Similar to the TaijiFit Flow class, but taken up a few notches, it’s where we say East meets West in Qi and Sweat.
