Studio Policies
Class length:
Vitamin Y classes are 60 min
Regular Yoga classes are 1 hour, 15 minutes.
Pilates & Nia classes are 1 hour
Policies:
Cell Phone/Blackberries etc… : Please turn off all electronic devices prior to attending your class.
Stong Scents ie: Perfume: many people are sensitive and/or allergic to artificial scents. Please be careful when using them, especially before a class.
Late arrivals: Your are welcome to join your class after the opening meditation. If you must leave before the end of class please inform your instructor and do so before the closing meditation.
Studio space is limited. We will do our best to accomodate everyone. Please arrive early to secure your space.
Pre-Registered classes:
MISSED CLASSES MUST BE USED DURING THE SAME TERM.
Missed classes can be applied to other pre-registered classes at the teacher’s discretion if there is space available. Missed classes may also be carried over as extra classes if the following term is paid for in full.
Provided:
Mats, and props are available for use although you may prefer to bring your own mat.

Visa, Mastercard, Cash or cheque made payable to Flow! Yoga and Wellness.
There is a $25.00 charge on NSF cheques.
The studio cannot give refunds.
